During her term in office, Donna was active on many committees, including Chairman of the Budget & Finance Committee for three years. When the MWBA State Tournament was in Battle Creek, she served as General Chairman in 1977 and was active during the 1961 and 1985 tournaments.

Donna was also very active in the Battle Creek Association, serving as Sgt-at-Arms in 1957-58, Vice President from 1958 to 1963 and as President from 1963 to 1981. After which, she was elected a Life Member and still attends all meetings of the Battle Creek Women’s Bowling Association.

Don’t know where she found all the time, but she was General Chairman of the Elks National Tournament in 1964/65, President of the Junior Bowlers for one year. Named Volunteer of the Year by the American Cancer Society in 1989 for the work she did on the Bowl Down Cancer Tournament for Calhoun County.
