Mrs. Lillian Jacob of Grosse Pointe Park, was designated in the Meritorious Service category. 

Mrs. Jacob is a past president of the Detroit WBA and past board member of Michigan WBA. 

Lillian has unselfishly given many years of her life to promote the game of bowling. During her terms as Detroit WBA President, Detroit led the nation several times in total number of sanctioned bowlers. 

Mrs. Jacob was instrumental in getting Junior Bowlers sanctioned and promoting their tournament.
